Resumen:
El objetivo de esta obra es realizar un balance humanitario en territorio ucraniano desde el 24 febrero de 2022, día en que inició la agresión rusa a Ucrania, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023. El libro está dividido en cuatro capítulos acompañados de imágenes creadas con inteligencia artificial, Chatgpt, que dinamizan la comprensión de la obra de una forma más amena y sencilla. El arte resulta fundamental para la integración del conocimiento a través de nuestros sentidos y emociones. El capítulo 1, titulado: "Humillados y ofendidos", repasa la compleja historia del conflicto con todos sus bemoles. En el capítulo 2, "The west and the rest!", se describen el ajedrez político, sus paradigmas y el punto de inflexión del sistema internacional que surge de la guerra Ucrania-Rusia, así como las narrativas, las estrategias y los fundamentos de los actores en contienda y de las potencias mundiales, en medio de la metamorfosis del orden mundial. En el capítulo 3, "Podemos hacerlo de nuevo", se hace hincapié en los acontecimientos posteriores a la invasión del 24 de febrero de 2022, los efectos de la fracasada guerra relámpago rusa y la no victoria militar, sumado a las frecuentes amenazas nucleares del agresor a todo el sistema mundial; igualmente, se analiza el comportamiento posagresión de la otan y de la Unión Europea, y se plantean las principales prospectivas para la finalización de la guerra y sus transacciones políticas, que se basan principalmente en una paz sucia. En el capítulo 4, "La guerra: un picadero de carne humana", se analizan los crímenes contra la paz y la humanidad, en especial en los territorios ocupados, vislumbrando las limitaciones de las órdenes internacionales que, sin dientes ni garras, permiten la permanencia de la tragedia humanitaria que desaparece las garantías mínimas de la dignidad humana. La tragedia se caracterizará ofreciendo un balance humanitario.
Abstract:
The objective of this volume is to provide a comprehensive humanitarian assessment within Ukrainian territory from February 24, 2022 —the date marking the onset of the Russian aggression against Ukraine—to December 31, 2023. The book is divided into four chapters, each one complemented by images created using artificial intelligence (Chatgpt) that make understanding the work more engaging and straightforward. Art is essential for integrating knowledge through our senses and emotions. Chapter 1, titled «Humiliated and Offended», reviews the complex history of the conflict in all its nuances. Chapter 2, «The West and the Rest!», describes the political chess game, its paradigms, and the turning point in the international system arising from the Russia-Ukraine war, as well as the narratives, strategies, and motivations of the belligerent parties and world powers amid the metamorphosis of the world order. Chapter 3, «We Can Do It Again», emphasizes the events following the invasion of February 24, 2022, the effects of Russias failed Blitzkrieg and its lack of military victory, coupled with the aggressors frequent nuclear threats to the entire global system; it also analyzes the post-aggression behavior of nato and the European Union, and outlines the main prospects for ending the war and its political settlements, which are based primarily on a «dirty peace». Chapter 4, «War: A Human Meat Grinder», analyzes crimes against peace and humanity—particularly in occupied territories— highlighting the limitations of international orders, which, lacking teeth and claws, allow the continuation of a humanitarian tragedy that erodes the minimum guarantees of human dignity. The tragedy will be characterized by presenting a humanitarian assessment.
