Sinopsis
Germany is a democratic state with a constitution based on the foundations of the Basic Law. One problem is that more than 60 percent of the peoples representatives are civil servants and a large part of the population with extensive professional experience is not taken into account sufficiently. Politics and business are drifting further and further apart. The author refers to the period before the Second World War, when Germany slid unchecked into chaos because the people no longer felt represented by their politicians. To prevent this from happening again, changes are needed in politics. He notes that the Federal Republic of Germany is already an OMADACRACY, with members of parliament requiring professional training as politicians with a degree and ministers and state secretaries requiring a job description.
