FRIENDS STARTER. ACTIVITY BOOK

Friends is a motivating course for young secondary level pupils. The material is designed to capture students'' interest through a variety of different contexts including humour, fiction, real life and cross cultural material. Grammar and vocabulary are taught in three steps - presentation, comprehension and practice. Reading for pleasure is encouraged and a carefully graded programme develops reading skills. Each student''s book contains eight sections with four lessons in it followed by a revision section. ''Reading corners'' and ''culture corners'' develop students'' skills. Each student''s book has a small play at the end.
