Henry Kissinger (Alemania, 1923), de origen judío alemán, fue Asesor Nacional de Seguridad y luego Secretario de Estado con Richard Nixon y Gerald Ford y ha asesorado a muchos otros presidentes estadounidenses sobre cuestiones de política internacional.
