Night Blackflame, Bex Brown and Nick Voyler are on the quest of finding the second of Velkrom’s three, deadly conductors of magic. This takes them out to the mysterious depths of space, where Night and Bex find themselves in an environment unlike anything they’ve ever experienced before.

Haunted by her past actions and her guilt, Bex cannot help but notice how damaged her relationship with Night is, and she fears it might be beyond saving. In the time they have left before the final battle against Velkrom, will she be able to overcome her mistakes and turn things back to the way they were?

Struggling to overcome the spirits of his dead loved ones, Night is forced to acquire a new source of power out in space where their magic does not seem to be functional. Even though his soul is now clean, and Night finally knows who he is, will he be able to unveil his future as a sorcerer and his place in the universe?

With the stakes higher than ever, and a ferocious black hole looming ever closer, will Night and Bex be able to overcome their fears and bring out the light in each other in time to retrieve the conductor and return home safely?
