Quillan is heading for destruction, the people have lost control of their own future and are struggling just to survive. The only chance they have of finding a better life is to play the Quillan Games, but this is more dangerous than you would think. Game masters Veego and LaBerge have created a world filled with competition using the people of Quillan as pawns in their crazy computer-driven games. To triumph in the games is to live the life of a king, but to lose is to die!
