There is an epidemic spreading throughout our world that needs to be addressed: ABANDONMENT. This plague is spreading rapidly and destroying human lives, families and our society as a whole. In my book, I address the various forms of abandonment and share my own experience as a child, teenager, adult and spouse. Readers will gain knowledge of the psychological and physical impact it has on individuals. In my book I am transparent in revealing my struggles with abandonment. I use illustrations to help make this journey more alive and breathtaking. My mother and other individuals’ heartfelt and tragic testimonies are shared. Finally, with my experience, education and professional assistance, I reveal the treatments available to fight this plague and live a victorious life.
