Sinopsis
Albert Watson first came to public attention in 1994, with his first book, Cyclops, which has since become a collector''s item. He is considered the eminence grise of top photographers, an intellectual loner who neither respects the boundaries of genre, nor is willing to compromise in matters of his own artistic demands. From advertisements for the fashion and cosmetic industry to portraits of celebrities such as Mick Jagger and Andy Warhol, to nudes, still life and landscapes, Watson''s range is as impressive as the aesthetic forcefulness and the emotional intensity of his pictures. His curiosity appears to be as inexhaustible as his reputed chameleon-like changeability and the pleasure he takes in permanently inventing new pictures.
