ALL THE MEADOWS WIDE

Sean Vernon was on his way to a pursuing a career in music as a singer/songwriter. Setting the poems of Emily Dickinson, Robert Frost, Shakespeare and Yeats to music and performing his own original songs at both intimate and large venues, his career was about to take off. Then in 1986, the thirty-year-old musician was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. As aspects of normal life were stripped away, he was determined to keep writing and making music, producing seven albums, and a publishing a book of poetry. ALL THE MEADOWS WIDE follows his journey through it all, and is told here with honesty, vulnerability and humor. It is the story of hope in the face of a devastating prognosis, and a call to self-acceptance and love.
