On a cold night, in a small town, Sam Cothfers life is turned upside down when he begins receiving messages from beyond the grave. The messages warn him of impending danger to his new girlfriend, Dina Burns. The day after receiving these messages, Dina is involved in a tragic car accident, caused by a creature known to the dead as The Devourer, Lucifers personal Angel of Death.
