Catalog of the temporary exhibition Women of their word, whose main objective is to vindicate the use of the word from a feminine universe and based on a proposal that has the modern era as its chronological framework, with specific dialogues with contemporary times.

This thesis and some women who “took the word” are the protagonists of the exhibition: the writing of Saint Teresa of Jesus, the transmission of the word and knowledge from Saint Anna to Mary, the Immaculate Conception as a symbol of wisdom, the concealment and denial of the word exemplified in the figure of Mary Magdalene and the mediation of the word in the mouths of the classical sibyls and some contemporary artists.
