Claire Fuller (1967, Oxfordshire, Inglaterra) estudió escultura en la Escuela de Arte de Winchester, obtuvo un máster de Escritura Creativa y Escritura Crítica por la Universidad de Winchester y comenzó su carrera como escritora a la edad de cuarenta años. Sus novelas han recibido una excelente acogida y se han traducido a más de veinte idiomas: Nuestros días serán infinitos, que publicamos ahora en Impedimenta, fue ganadora del premio Desmond Elliott a mejor debut literario en 2015; Swimming Lessons (2017) obtuvo el premio Livre de Poche en Francia; Naranjas amargas (2018) fue preseleccionada para el International Dublin Literary Award y Tierra inestable (2021; Impedimenta, 2023) obtuvo el Costa Novel Award, y fue preseleccionada para el Women’s Prize for Fiction. Sus cuentos han sido publicados en varias revistas literarias: «Baker, Emily and Me» ganó el concurso BBC Opening Lines de 2014, y «A Quiet Tidy Man» ganó el premio de la Royal Academy en la categoría de relatos. La memoria de los animales (2023; Impedimenta, 2024) es su novela más reciente. Actualmente Claire Fuller vive en Winchester.
