PAGES FROM THE HEART

A three-year-old girl loses her young father to a sudden death. The family is shocked and she is traumatized. Later in life she faces many problems because of this trauma and other shocks. She develops a very strong attachment to her mother as they struggle through life in a war-torn city. Her story is told in the form of poetry describing loss, pain, illness, and finally coming to terms with life and regaining her perspective despite it all._,
