Compiled for the Sierra ClubEarly in 1892 Mr. Mark B. Kerr, then Treasurer of the Sierra Club, undertook the task of collecting data relating to the altitude of salient points in the mountain ranges of the Pacific Coast of North America. Mr. Kerr was called to South America for an indefinite time, and Mr. R. H.
