Sinopsis

The Misanthropist is a two act play with four scenes to each act. Backstory is included in each act. The characters, John and Sarah, brother and sister, reflect on their tumultuous childhoods together, then it brings them into the presence, aged 25 and 26. John (J J) is a firebrand, who becomes disenchanted with the world, and also becomes embroiled with a very dangerous family. Sarah, although highly critical, believes in him. After a crisis, the question is; will they survive?
