When the circus comes to town, those who violate the helpless soon find themselves the victims of the brutal justice of the clowns, our twisted deliverers of comeuppance! But what of the abused? What happens to them when the clowns return with them to the big top? Where do they go? A small band of locals, including two very good clowns, investigates those very questions when they join together to recover a little boy liberated by the clowns from his violent excuses for parents.
