Theodore Gray (Urbana, Illinois, EUA, 1969) es licenciado en Química por la Universidad de Illinois. Escribe regularmente la columna «Gray Matter» en la revista de ciencia divulgativa y recreativa «Popular Science», ha creado aclamadas aplicaciones, como «The Elements», «Solar System» o «Disney Animated» (galardonada con un premio BAFTA), y es dueño de «periodictable.com» y creador de los carteles de la tabla periódica con fotografías que pueden encontrarse en universidades, escuelas, museos e incluso en programas de televisión estadounidenses. Es autor de «Los elementos.
