Jordan Westons life since high school has big goals— to someday own her own theater, and to stay far away from her home town of Magnolia, South Carolina. Magnolia holds bitter memories of her mothers abandonment, a woman who spent her life chasing nonexistent perfect men. Jordan refuses to end up like her mother. She doesnt need a man in her life. She only needs her career.

Said career could get a boost when she inherits her grandmothers estate in Magnolia, but the house needs repair before she can sell it. Unfortunately, the only person who can help her out is Sam Tanner, the boy from high school she could never forget. But Sams no longer a boy.
