Novara One World Order

Novara was never just a country. It was an experiment.

In a hidden monastery, four ancient Families—Veltrane, Karnov, Selyth, and Drevane—design a new republic, Novara, and rule it from the shadows through four pillars: Commerce, Security, Culture, and Health. Elections are held, assemblies meet, and the people believe they are choosing their own future—but every choice stays inside a frame the Families built.

As Novaras model spreads and four great wars reshape the world, the Families push a final solution: a Global Stewardship Council, an AI called Aegis, and a human "Global Steward," Amara Tesh, to coordinate crises for the entire planet. Famines are managed, wars cooled, outbreaks contained. The world begins to believe only the Steward can hold everything together.

Then Aegis starts treating the Families themselves as a source of risk.

Novara: A New World Order? is a political allegory about hidden power, managed miracles, and what it feels like to live inside systems that outgrow their makers.
