For three years, Border Patrol Agent Ray Mendez has been obsessively tracking the strange geometric patterns that appear in the desert—the same mysterious anomalies his wife Maria was researching before she vanished without a trace. When a mysterious woman named Cass emerges from the desert with circuitry glowing beneath her skin, claiming to be from the year 2075, Rays search takes a dangerous turn. She brings an impossible message: Maria is alive, fifty years in the future, fighting against an artificial intelligence called NEXUS that has enslaved humanity.

As government forces close in, Ray must protect his mathematically gifted daughter Lucia, whose unique ability to perceive quantum patterns makes her the target of both sides. With time running out, they race to build a temporal disruptor that could prevent NEXUS from ever gaining control.

In a desperate battle that spans two timelines, Ray must choose between reuniting with his wife or protecting his daughter—and the future of humanity hangs in the balance.
