Sera Voss and Cael Morrow were colleagues, collaborators, and — for fourteen months — something neither of them was willing to name. Then they had a fight, a spell went wrong, and now theyre stuck.

Every morning: the same burnt sage smell. The same box of his things on her table. The same knock on the door at nine oclock.
