Earth',s Quiet Chaos, set in a historic African-American commuity in Los Angeles, CA, is a the story of Earth Hartley. Earth is an Afrian-Amerian businesswoman faced with the back and forth dilemma of having to care for and save her sister from the consequences of careless behavior and substance abuse.
