In the case of the known solutions, the teacher should mark the notebooks for neatness, order, and accuracy. In the case of the unknown solutions, credit should be given for neatness, order, accuracy of record, and results of analysis. It is highly desirable that the teacher should question each individual at his work at least once during each laboratory period, and give the student credit for his knowledge of the work.
