THE VICTORY PLAN

In 2020, whilst everyone was on furlough and building pubs or sheds or other such things in their back gardens I sat in our shed in our rented house and wrote down the process that had made us so successful as a planning consultancy, our VICTORY plan. This is the process that we follow to this day to assist clients and was written out of frustration that every other education program about property in the UK was, and pretty much still is, part of an upselling pyramid that is designed to get you to spend more and more money!This book then is the written version of the plan going into detail on each point and explaining just how we do the work of getting planning permission in the UK. It is meant as a model for you to follow so you can avoid those trips within the planning system that hold up so many budding and experienced property developers. That’s what VICTORY is, a manual to make the planning machine work.
