Lourdes Castro (Madrid, 1981) es licenciada en Comunicación Audiovisual por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Ha realizado el máster de Radio Nacional de España y el de Escritura Creativa del Hotel Kafka (Madrid). Como periodista ha trabajado en programas de contenido cultural como El séptimo vicio en Radio 3 y Asuntos Propios de Radio Nacional de España. Actualmente trabaja en los espacios Gente despierta y Nómadas de esta última emisora. En 2012 le fue otorgado el Premio Tiflos de Periodismo por el programa de radio Nómadas, y en 2014 recibió la beca “Fundación Telefónica – ECH: Narradores de la sociedad digital”. Entre los premios literarios que ha recibido destacan el VIII Certamen Nacional de Narrativa Caja Castilla La Mancha – Fundación Siglo Futuro en 2009 con su obra La última vez que tú y yo hablamos y el VIII Premio de Novela Corta Encina de Plata en 2014 por su obra Con lo bien que estábamos cuando estábamos regular (Premium Editorial). Ha participado además en libros colectivos como Relatos de mujeres viajeras (2011) y De antología (2013).
