In memory of our beautiful mother, we wanted to republish her first book, A Year in my Kitchen, which this year celebrates its 20th anniversary. Launching this book was a huge milestone in her career, and she was immensely proud of it. To us and to so many others it has become a bible: filled with the recipes we grew up with and continue to cook for ourselves and the people we love.
