Bound by a Rose

A life for a life, both bound by a rose, an enchantress angered, a cursed beast arose.
A ticking clock, the curse remains, unless true love is discovered and a heart is remade.

When Avrils longing for a child leads her into the woods, she makes a desperate bargain that comes with a high cost - her life. A son is born bound to a glass rose, and Wynstone House is shrouded in sorrow and anger by the bargain that made it possible.

Lucas has grown proud even as guilt eats at his soul. When his pride leads him to anger an enchantress, he is cursed with a ticking clock and a beastly curse. Will he find the strength to become the man he was meant to be before the curse becomes irreversible?

To hide his beastly curse from the world, Ivy stays because she must —paying a debt that has lowered her from noble to servant—and because she still cares for the boy Lucas was before the curse. As the clock runs down, danger closes in, the rose begins to crack, the villagers hunt what they fear, and Lucas must decide: cling to bitterness or trust the love that could restore him.

But what if the thing he needs most is the one thing that has been before him all his life? Can the love of a woman be enough to drive the darkness from his soul? Or does his salvation lie with a higher power?

This story, inspired by Beauty and the Beast, is a Christian Gothic Fantasy Romance featuring a no/low-spice, slow-burn romance, a beastly heros redemption, and a protective, sacrificial heroine. Are you ready to discover a story of love, hope, and redemption?
