Hollow

SOON TO BE A MAJOR MOTION PICTURE STARRING SYDNEY SWEENEY AND BELMONT CAMELI

In this feminist reimagining of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Katrina Van Tassel is not a prize to be won, but the centre of a dangerous mystery and seductive supernatural love triangle.

The story blends gothic atmosphere, psychological intrigue and erotic thriller elements into a contemporary, high-concept reinventionDeadline

In Sleepy Hollow – a place of haunting and legend – desire can be deadlier than any ghost.

Katrina Van Tassel does not fear the Headless Horseman. She fears the day her parents marry her off to the highest bidder to save the fortune they’ve squandered. That day has come.

Her mother throws a marriage auction dressed as a garden party in lanterns and violins. Two surprising men arrive. Brom “Bones” Van Brunt, her once-childhood friend, now rich, handsome, feral, and certain she’s already his. And Ichabod Crane, a penniless scholar as haunting and beautiful as the hollow itself, come to write the truth of its legends. She finds in him an unexpected ally and potential challenger for her heart. Desperate for her freedom, Katrina buys herself a reprieve: fourteen nights. She will name her husband on All Hallows’ Eve.

But then her suitors start losing their heads. The Horseman rides again.

As she and Ichabod turn detective, she and Brom turn something else entirely. But Katrina carries a secret: She dreams each murder before it happens. Either she is going mad, or the hollow has claimed her. As suspicion closes around Katrina, she must discover whether the killer is a restless legend, a jealous rival, or something far more terrifying born of her own forbidden yearning. If Sleepy Hollow decides she’s the terror, not even Brom can save her from her fate.
