Sinopsis
Set in South Africa the novel tells the story of a young Englishman named Allan Quatermain and his companions, who become embroiled in a war between the natives and a tribe of white settlers. The story begins with Allan Quatermain and his friend, a Zulu warrior named Umslopogaas, traveling through the wilderness when they are captured by a band of Kaffirs.
