Midnight Static

A dying Midwestern town. A terrifying midnight discovery. And a mystery thats about to turn deadly.

In the desolate farming community of Prosperity, Nebraska, nothing much happens—until massive, intricate sigils are carved into the local cornfields overnight. Masked, glowing figures are warning the townsfolk away, and the rumors are running wild.

For Marshall Reed and his friends, its the perfect story. Operating out of a converted garage, their low-budget paranormal podcast, Midnight Static, has never had a real mystery to solve. Armed with homemade ghost-hunting gear, Marshall, Rusty, Chloe, and Blair venture into the dark cornfields, determined to uncover who is behind the terrifying midnight displays.

But when a key suspect plunges to his death from the courthouse dome, the game shatters.

This isnt just an elaborate hoax. The symbols in the corn are only the first piece of a massive, shadowy operation, and the people behind it will stop at nothing to ensure their work is completed.

Suddenly, the podcast team is no longer just investigating a story; they are being hunted. Framed by a ruthless fixer and with the towns authorities compromised, the four friends are completely on their own. With time running out and a local farmer caught in the crosshairs, Marshall and his friends must weaponize their DIY equipment, face their deepest fears, and uncover the truth before Prosperity is consumed by the dark.

Midnight Static is a gripping adult thriller that blends the fun, investigative camaraderie of a classic mystery with the terrifying, visceral stakes of a rural gothic nightmare.
