Everyone wanted "just one thing." Vivian was running out of woman.

Vivian had one plan for Friday night: go home, take off her heels, order food, and speak to no one.

But Friday the 13th had other plans.

As a luxury hotel concierge in New Orleans, Vivian can fix almost anything: difficult guests, impossible reservations, social disasters, and one missing lucky bracelet.

The problem is that everyone knows it.

Her manager needs "just ten more minutes."
Her friends need "just one drink."
Her family needs "just a quick call."
And the almost-man in her life needs her because everything is easier when she is there.

Then Suite 13 turns into a crisis, her phone sticks at 13%, her name tag will not come off, and the rooftop dinner falls apart.

By midnight, Vivian is barefoot on a hotel rooftop, wondering when being capable became the same thing as being available.
