Suzy Ultman, born in Pennsylvania, has resided in Los Angeles, Portland, and Amsterdam. While feeling rooted to these cities, she has also had the opportunity to travel globally. The experience of living in different cultures and communities has influenced her approach to life and visual aesthetic-from the quirky and environmentally conscious Pacific Northwest to the beautiful and compact city of Amsterdam. She explores the worlds within our worlds, the little details that make us smile, and the connections that make us all part of the global community.Her works has been commissioned by Madison Park Greetings, Pine Ridge Arts and Publications Intl.
