Vedanta is one of the six orthodox schools of Hindu philosophy. Vedanta reflects ideas and philosophies contained in the Upanishads. It does not stand for one comprehensive or unifying doctrine. This book focuses on themes of reincarnation, evolution, and transmigration. Nothing is destroyed in the universe.Swami Abhedananda was a direct disciple of the 19th century mystic Ramakrishna Paramahansa and the founder of Ramakrishna Vedanta Math.
