Sinopsis
A body is discovered in the vast wilderness of Pisgah National Forest. Its brushed off as an accident until more bodies are later discovered. A hunt is launched, and no suspect is found. An elderly couple vanishes one morning while hiking in the forest. A month later, a body is found; the next month, the skull of another is found in a different location. A killer is out there, waiting and watching. Three victims are ruthlessly murdered, and their bodies are left in a crude display. Investigators have no leads, and the killer is unknown. These are three stories based on real true crimes that occurred right here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Deadly secrets, murder, and mayhem are afoot. What shall ever happen next?
