Ali Nael (born: January 6, 1981) is a Beirut-born entrepreneur, watch collector, and author known for his work in the international energy trade and the world of vintage horology.

Nael began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 22, establishing his first company in Macao and Guangzhou, China, where he built an export business serving markets across West Africa and the Middle East. In 2006, he entered the oil trading sector, opening an office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, managing trade flows for major European and American companies. By 2010, he relocated to Singapore and served as Managing Director for Asia at one of the largest independent oil companies in the Netherlands. In 2013, he led a management buyout to form AFCO Energy Ltd, which expanded into a medium-sized oil trading company with six international offices.

After more than a decade in the energy industry, Nael exited in 2019 to focus on horology, a long-standing personal passion. A watch collector since 2009, his interests evolved toward rare vintage timepieces, particularly historical models by Patek Philippe and pocket watches from masters of the centeries.
