PHONONS IN SEMICONDUCTOR NANOSTRUCTURES : 236

This Nato Advanced Research Workshop on `Phonons in Semiconductor Nanostructures'' recounts the latest developments in the physics of phonons and their impact on the electronic properties of low dimensional structures.
